Crisis Text Line offers free, 24/7, confidential mental health support and crisis intervention via text in both English and Spanish. Powered by a community of trained volunteers, they’re here to support people in their toughest moments.

To date, they’ve trained over 85,000 volunteers in the U.S. and more than 100,000 globally to help individuals facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, addiction, loneliness, isolation, relationship issues, bullying, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.

Anyone in need can text TRUTH to 741741 to connect with a live, trained volunteer Crisis Counselor. One text can make all the difference.
